Self-adhesive paper

Self-adhesive material consists of four layers arranged in the following order: a protective (face) material, an adhesive, a silicone layer and a paper-basis.

  • Materials used in self-adhesive paper production are the raw materials of excellent quality that pass through some stages of control and ensure proper reliability level.
  • Adhesive base provides heat stability and high performance of adhesion with any surfaces including uneven and cold surfaces.
  • Esthetic properties of this type of paper permit its use in elite products manufacturing.
  • In its quality and level of protection against forgery our self-adhesive paper corresponds to foreign analogues.
  • Self-adhesive paper is produced both in separate sheets and in rolls.

Primarily this type of paper was developed specially for self-adhesive products manufactured by the method of flexographic printing. Although currently self-adhesive paper is a universal tool: it is used for identification marks, unigrams, labels and different types of stickers (postal, trade and etc.). It is worthy of note that in recent years self-adhesive paper has come to be used especially widely, and according to many parameters self-adhesive labels are considerably ahead of their «dry» analogues. Self-adhesive paper manufacturing technique gives quite a number of weighty advantages, particularly:

  • wide range of adhesives and face materials (coated paper, polypropylene, polyethylene and etc.);
  • capacity of placement of label onto any surfaces;
  • variety of finishing techniques and modes of paper cutting;
  • moderate price of equipment (in comparison with the technical equipment for dry label manufacturing);
  • better performance of productivity;
  • in case of size changes (consumable materials) the production line permits to retool the equipment in a short term.
